Terms
Pulse is a free browser game. These are the simple rules for using it.
Last updated: September 2026
Agreeing to these terms
By using SendCadence Pulse you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using Pulse
You can play Pulse for personal, non-commercial use. It's free, it doesn't need an account, and you can play as often as you like.
Fair use
Please use the site the way it's meant to be used. You agree not to:
- copy, mirror, resell or republish the site or its code as your own;
- try to disrupt, overload or break the site or the servers it runs on;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools in a way that harms the site or other visitors;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
For fun, not for diagnosis
Pulse is entertainment. It is not a medical, psychological or professional assessment. Results depend on your device, screen, connection and mood, so treat them as a snapshot rather than a measurement of your abilities. Don't use them to make health, education or employment decisions.
Play safely
Some challenges use quick color changes and fast taps. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or rapid visual changes, take care or skip those challenges. Please don't play while driving or doing anything else that needs your full attention.
Notifications
Pages reached through an ad may offer optional browser notifications from a partner. They are never required to play. Notifications you allow are sent by that partner under its own terms, and you can turn them off at any time in your browser settings.
Content and ownership
The design, text, graphics and code of Pulse belong to SendCadence unless stated otherwise. Typefaces are provided by Google Fonts under their own open licences. You're welcome to share screenshots of your score.
Links to other sites
The site may link to services we don't run. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
No guarantees
Pulse is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may change, pause or remove it, or any challenge in it, at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SendCadence isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Pulse after an update means you accept the new version.
